This week Richard's brother came to stay with us for a while! Welcome Rhon! We are so happy you are here!! Jansen is enjoying his "Uncle Buddy" and Jonathan had a new PS3 partner this weekend! I'm sure that over the course of his stay we will have more great pics, but this round it's just me learning to cook curry Trini-style! I was so excited to learn the "real" way to make it that I had to learn nearly as soon as Rhon's plane landed! It was soooooo good! It made me miss Trinidad so I will be working on trying to get Richard on board for another trip ASAP!!

Ohhhhh yum Curry! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Hope you like the Bene Brittle. You can roll them into balls if you prefer but the mixture is super hot off the stove so I don't know how the Tobagonian women do it. I was told they wet their hands before handling the balls. Your kids are so cute and your youngest one is just one month older than my baba. Cuteness!
