As Daddy prepared to leave for his COT Training he had mentioned that he wanted a pie. Jansen and I made him a pie the day before he left. It was Strawberry Rhubarb and it didn't turn out too great (it was really runny) but the flavor was good!
Jansen has gotten really sneaky. When the pie was cooling he pulled his step stool up to the pie and this is how I caught him. He was digging in for a sample.
Got a bite of the rhubarb first!
Oh well, let's try again!
Then the next day we had to take Daddy to the airport. They had a little time to play while waiting.
A little snuggling is in order before he left!
Oh Man, now for the Bye-Bye Hug.
Watching for Daddy to leave in the window.
Daddy getting on plane.
Slapping the window trying to get Daddy's attention and yelling, "Bye-Bye Daddy" louder and louder since he didn't respond. This part was pretty heart breaking.
