Squash Casserole
Jonathan has a garden at his Mom's. He appears to have quite a green thumb. This is the "fruit," or shall I say vegetable, of his labors! He brought some yellow squash and onions that he grew and we made them into a casserole. It was so very yummy that we ate some right out of the oven even though it was after dinner. Keep on growin' Jonathan... you did a fine job!

Yum Yum. Is Johnathan going to be in town for Jansen's birthday? If so, is he going to be an attending chef?
Good going Jonathan, Grandma Valarie has a few seeds waiting for you when you come to Trinidad. Continue to plant some of the food that you need.
